You want to change your life?  You need tons of merit to move it into the direction of your choosing.  Otherwise you’re just playing with thoughts; changing “bad” ones for “good” ones.  In the end you’ll end up super tired and maybe even give up trying. So merit, yes it’s what you earn from life…
