Are you willing to put time and effort into using your skills to ultimately make your own destiny? It’s not a piece of cake, it’s not get rich quick, but if you like writing, speaking, or both, and consider yourself a critical thinker able to use logic, reasoning, plus your analytical skills to give honest reviews, you have most of what you need to make money doing what you love.
I’ll be completely transparent and say straight off the bat that you won’t always make money from the start (I didn’t), but if you’re willing to put in the time and effort results will come. Like anything in life, time, effort, skills, and the opportunity make the results! With these four factors you can completely live the life you want while letting Gerry guide you there! I gave this book a chance and it has been well worth the purchase. I learned so much about the world of product reviews and how I can actually make a living writing them.
The truth is that following Gerry’s advice I was able to write for Amazon vine, a program for elite Amazon reviewers. You know, the coveted program writers and influencers are drooling to get into? I’m not going to lie, when I got that exclusive invitational email from Amazon that less than 5% of reviewers ever receive in their inbox I was happy. It meant the world to be recognized for something I’ve worked so hard on in my professional life. And coming from a company like Amazon, even more so! I don’t toot my own horn to boost my ego, but to illustrate how the four important factors of time, right effort, skill, and opportunity can open doors!
Can you commit to something you love irrespective of how fast results come? Are you willing to make mistakes, edit, polish your skills, and learn from setbacks? If so, and if you can write and/or speak well, product reviews can become a lucrative career path! Let’s face it, it’s fun; free products, money, doing what you love? That’s a life isn’t it? I think so. Truthfully all this is great but I’ll be completely honest and say something else. No one becomes great at anything without the four factors of time, right effort, skill, and coming into an opportunity. It can take months or years before results start to snowball into your life so if you’re not willing to learn from setbacks, good luck!
My advice to readers is that if you love writing and/or speaking, creating product reviews is a legitimate way to generate consistent income! I’m not selling a get rich quick method, or promising you results without effort, but the opportunity is real for you to create the destiny of your choice if you remember the four factors I’ve been discussing!
