Life Matters

In today’s post I want to address a deep problem humanity has faced since it began.  Nihilism and the Nihilist.  The belief that life doesn’t matter.

The problem is this way of thinking defeats itself.  The nihilist derives pleasure or meaning, fulfillment from this philosophy.  In order for this philosophy to exist there must have been THINKERS to come up with it.  Tough Questions needed to be asked and answered; life had to have mattered enough to have tackled certain problems and arrive at this way of life, lifestyle, world view, or life view.

The other thing is Life certainly does matter.  A nihilist who wants to become a parent will never produce offspring that knows anything about life, how to survive, how to adapt, or is cultured.  The child will most likely turn to things like drugs, sex, music, crime in order to fill his need for INFORMATION which he or she is unaware they HAVE!

Also, the nihilist thinks nothing matters!  If I ask him what race he is.  It doesn’t matter!  If I ask him what country he was raised?  It doesn’t matter!  If I ask him how old they are.  It doesn’t matter!

So what is there to do in life?  What is there to learn?  To them?  Pure pleasure in this way of thinking.  It usually comes in the form of drugs, sex, and other addictions as well as crime! This is their karma, to be born believing this way.

The best way to deal with this is just to be aware, and experience will show you the rest.

It is sad but many times Nihilist want others to be this way too.  That’s the saying misery loves company.  Something to think about.

The truth is it’s all information.  Even holy books.  There is no truth.  There is no lie.  There is only literature.

I made this short because there’s a lot in here to use.  Too much information is like eating too much food.  It can be upsetting.  Information wise it upsets your mind.
