The 2 biggest reasons why Snap EBT eligible recipients should register their card with Amazon are, Convenience and Selection.  With delivery and pickup available in most U.S. states (Currently not Alaska) from either Whole Foods, Amazon Fresh, or Amazon Produce (No pick ups for Amazon Produce as it is not a physical store), it just makes sense that anyone receiving Snap EBT assistance would want to register their card with Amazon.  Besides the obvious convenience of not having to leave home to get Snap EBT eligible items, there is so much more to buy than if I were to visit my local convenience store.  Even if my local store had plenty of items, or the ones I like, who’s to say they’ll be stocked up?
